CURRENT EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Full-Time Position
Help keep Flying Angels organized and running smoothly behind the scenes.
The Administrative Assistant supports the day-to-day administration of our programs and teams, including athlete registration, competition entries, team travel arrangements, uniform ordering and distribution, athlete records and general office operations.
The position also provides administrative and operational support for Flying Angels track meets and special events.
Some evening and weekend work is required when we host competitions and events.
VIEW ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT POSITION
TRACK & FIELD PROGRAM COORDINATOR
Take responsibility for coordinating and successfully delivering assigned Flying Angels track & field programs and initiatives.
The Track & Field Program Coordinator plays a hands-on leadership role in ensuring programs are organized, properly staffed, effectively communicated and successfully delivered.
This position is suited to someone who is organized, takes initiative, solves problems and is comfortable being accountable for results.
VIEW TRACK & FIELD PROGRAM COORDINATOR POSITION
MARKETING & CONTENT PROJECT OPPORTUNITIES
WORK WITH FLYING ANGELS ON MARKETING & CONTENT PROJECTS
We're looking for talented marketing and content professionals to work with Flying Angels on specific campaigns and projects throughout the year.
This is project-based paid contract work rather than a full-time position.
Projects may include:

Social media campaigns

Instagram Reels and short-form video

YouTube videos and YouTube Shorts

Athlete and coach features
-
Program registration campaigns
-
Location growth and recruitment campaigns

Track meet and event promotion

Competition recap content
-
Promotional videos

Digital advertising campaigns

Seasonal marketing initiatives
Each project will have its own objectives, deliverables, timeline and compensation.
We're particularly interested in people who understand that successful marketing is about more than producing content. We want marketing that helps increase registrations, grow participation, promote our events and strengthen the Flying Angels brand.
Professionals who produce strong results may have the opportunity to work with Flying Angels on multiple projects throughout the year.
