MARKETING & CONTENT PROJECT OPPORTUNITIES

Flying Angels Track & Field Club is looking to build a network of talented marketing, social media and content professionals to work with us on specific projects and campaigns throughout the year.

​

This is not a full-time position. We are looking for individuals who can take responsibility for defined marketing projects, execute them independently and deliver high-quality results.

​

Our goal is not simply to post more content. We want marketing that helps grow our programs, increase registrations, promote our events and strengthen the Flying Angels brand.

​

TYPES OF PROJECTS

 

Marketing and content projects may include:

​

• Social media campaigns

• Instagram Reels and short-form video

• YouTube videos and YouTube Shorts

• Athlete and coach features

• Program registration campaigns

• New-location recruitment campaigns

• Track meet and event promotion

• Competition and event recap content

• Promotional video campaigns

• Digital advertising campaigns

• Seasonal marketing campaigns

• Special marketing initiatives

 

Projects will vary in scope, length, deliverables and budget.

 

 

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

 

We are interested in working with people who:

​

• Understand social media and digital content

• Know how to create content that gets attention and generates action

• Have experience with Instagram, YouTube and short-form video

• Can turn an objective into a clear marketing campaign

• Are creative and bring their own ideas

• Can manage a project independently from start to finish

• Meet deadlines and communicate professionally

• Understand the importance of measuring results

• Are comfortable working in a youth sport environment

• Have an interest in sport, athletics or youth development

 

Experience marketing sports organizations, events, fitness programs or youth programs is an asset.

 

 

PROJECT-BASED APPROACH

Each project will have a defined objective, timeline, scope of work and compensation.

​

Depending on the project, objectives may include:

​

• Increasing athlete registrations

• Growing participation at a particular Flying Angels location

• Increasing registrations for a Flying Angels track meet

• Growing our social media audience

• Increasing YouTube views and subscribers

• Promoting a new program or initiative

• Increasing awareness of the Flying Angels brand

 

We are particularly interested in professionals who understand that successful marketing is about more than views and likes. We want campaigns that contribute to measurable growth.

HOW PROJECTS WORK

​

Selected individuals may be invited to work on one project initially.

​

Professionals who consistently produce strong work, meet deadlines and achieve results may be offered additional projects throughout the year.

​

There may also be opportunities for one individual or company to become a preferred marketing and content partner for multiple Flying Angels projects.

ABOUT FLYING ANGELS

Flying Angels Track & Field Club provides track and field training and competition opportunities for children and youth through programs and training locations across Ontario.

​

Our athletes range from young beginners to nationally and internationally competitive athletes.

​

As Flying Angels continues to grow, we are looking for creative professionals who can help us tell those stories and introduce our programs to thousands of new athletes and families.
