Practice Squad — Practice-only option for athletes who want to train, develop their skills, or try Flying Angels before making a longer commitment.
Development Stream — Seasonal training and participation in Flying Angels Development League competitions.
Competitive Stream — Indoor, outdoor, or annual competitive programming for athletes competing in recommended track & field competitions.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can my child join during a season?
Registration may remain open during a season, subject to program capacity and location availability.
Where applicable, fees may be adjusted based on the athlete’s approved start date.
Does my child need previous track and field experience?
No.
The Practice Squad and the Development Stream welcome athletes with no previous track and field experience.
Competitive and Elite Stream placement may require a coach’s review or assessment.
Can my child attend a session before registering?
New families may request one introductory Experience Flying Angels Session, subject to location availability.
Advance registration and a completed waiver are required.
Is the uniform mandatory?
Yes.
Each program has a required uniform package.
New Athlete Packages include the appropriate uniform. Returning athletes may use their existing current uniform and purchase additional/replacement items as needed.
Are competition fees included?
Yes, for competitions included within the athlete’s registered program.
The Development Stream includes scheduled Development League meets.
The Competitive Stream registration includes designated competitions on the Flying Angels competition calendar.
Are payment plans available?
Payment options, where offered, will be displayed during registration.
All balances must be paid according to the approved payment schedule.
Can I transfer between programs?
Program transfers may be approved based on coach recommendation, athlete readiness, available space, and the timing of the request.
Any difference in program, uniform, competition, or facility fees will apply.
