Programs at Flying Angels Track Club

Flying Angels Track Club offers high-quality, year-round track & field training for athletes of all levels—from energetic beginners to elite competitors. Our age-based programs are designed to develop speed, strength, coordination, and confidence in a fun, inclusive, and challenging environment.

Elementary Rep Team (Ages 5–14)

Building champions from the ground up!

The Elementary Rep Team is designed for young athletes who are ready to take their track and field training to the next level. This program focuses on developing speed, strength, coordination, and proper technique across all major events — sprints, jumps, throws, and distance running.

​

Athletes train in a fun, supportive, and structured environment where they learn discipline, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Whether your child is new to the sport or has experience competing, the Elementary Rep Team helps them build confidence and reach their personal best while representing Flying Angels at regional and provincial meets.

​High School Rep Team (Ages 15–18)

Excellence on every lap!

The High School Rep Team is a high-performance program for athletes aiming to excel in competitive track and field. Training emphasizes advanced technique, event specialization, strength and conditioning, and mental preparation for top-level competition.

Athletes receive expert coaching and mentorship as they prepare for championships, national events, and college recruitment opportunities. The program builds not only athletic excellence but also leadership, resilience, and the habits required for success both on and off the track.

Track Meets are Optional

Some athletes train just for fitness, fun, or skill development — and that’s perfectly fine! Competitions are optional.

Competition Benefits (6-Month+ Members)

If you sign up for a 6- or 12-month membership, the club will cover the cost of selected track meet entry fees—so you can focus on racing, not the cost.​​​
