Flying Angels Track Club offers high-quality, year-round track & field training for athletes of all levels—from energetic beginners to elite competitors. Our age-based programs are designed to develop speed, strength, coordination, and confidence in a fun, inclusive, and challenging environment.

Youth Development Program (Ages 5–14)

Build the foundation for athletic success.

Our youth program introduces young athletes to the fundamentals of track and field. With expert coaching and an emphasis on fun, we focus on developing coordination, speed, confidence, and a passion for the sport.

 

Program Highlights:

  • Intro to running, jumping, and throwing events

  • Positive team environment

  • Basic fitness and movement drills

  • Local competitions and club meets

  • Indoor, outdoor, and cross country options

High School Performance (Ages 15–18)

Train to compete—and win.

Designed for athletes who are ready to take their performance to the next level. This program prepares teens for high school, provincial, and national-level competition through specialized training and race strategy.

 

Program Highlights:

  • Event-specific coaching (sprints, hurdles, distance, jumps)

  • Strength and conditioning integration

  • Competition planning and travel

  • Video analysis and performance feedback

  • Indoor, outdoor, and cross country seasons

Senior & Post-Secondary (Ages 18+)

Our 18+ program supports university athletes, recent graduates, and adults looking to maintain or improve their competitive edge. Whether you're aiming for provincial championships or returning to the sport, this program is built to fit your goals.

Start training whenever you're ready! We welcome athletes year-round — no tryouts or previous experience required.
