CROSS COUNTRY TEAM PROGRAM
Flying Angels Cross Country Team is for athletes of all ages and abilities - prior running experience is not required to participate. The program builds skills and supports participants in setting and fulfilling goals.

ELEMENTARY TEAM PROGRAM
The Elementary Team Program is designed for children ages 6-14 years old. The program teaches young athletes the fundamentals of track and field (running, jumping, and throwing) in a fun and positive environment. The group trains 2-3 days each week and compete in track meets throughout North America and the Caribbean. Click on the link below for more detailed information about the program.
HIGH SCHOOL TEAM
The High School Team provides the best possible training environment to prepare athletes to perform at high level track meets. Athletes in this program train 2-4 days per week and compete in track meets throughout Canada, the United States, and the Caribbean.
The High School Team members learn advanced training techniques and competition strategies to excel at their chosen events. Athletes in this program who attain the necessary standards may compete in the Ontario Championships and/or the Canadian National Championships. COMPLETE SKILLS TRAINING GROUP
The Complete Skills Training is comprised of athletes who want to learn the fundamental skills of the sport and stay in shape, without the additional pressure of competing in track meets. The athletes in this program train 1-3 days each week to learn the skills necessary to perform successfully in their school meets. Click on the link below for more detailed information.
SUMMER LEAGUE TEAM
The Flying Angels Summer League Team provides an opportunity for children and youth to have fun, make new friends, and stay fit while learning the basics of track and field. Athletes ages 6-19 years old train one evening each week and compete in track meets in the Ontario Youth Athletic Association (OYAA), including the OYAA Provincial Championships.
Athletes also get an opportunity to compete at the Flying Angels International Classic against athletes from the Caribbean and the United States, and also compete in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
KIDS RUN THE COMMUNITY PROGRAM
The Kids Run the Community Program brings the joy of running to kids in financially- disadvantaged communities and encourages them to live a healthy lifestyle. The program involves children aged 6-14 years participating in running skills and drills activities two days per week.
The program creates a safe, healthy, and fun environment for kids living in low-income communities. It's benefits include physical health, social and emotional well-being, community engagement, and knowledge about a nutritious diet. The program builds confidence in the kids and encourages them to make friends.
